Pour a small spoonful (included in the bag) into a bowl with a handful of DRY feed, cereals, or on a few pieces of fruits or vegetables. It is important that the powdery product touches the pig's gums to be effective. It can also be poured directly into the pig's mouth if it is cooperative. (DO NOT POUR INTO A BOWL OF FEED WITH WATER).
Give one spoonful per day for 60 days for the first bag. If your pig is young and its teeth are in acceptable condition, you can then decrease the quantity to 1 spoonful every 2 or 3 days.
If your pig has a lot of tartar and very bad breath, you can continue to administer DentOGroin to them every day of their life without any problem. For the first 10 days, they can also receive a 'shock treatment' of one spoonful twice a day. As a preventive measure, serve it 3 to 4 times a week throughout their life.
